Overview

Redcliff Quarter is the transformational regeneration of a historic, derelict trading zone in the city of Bristol. This multi-phase project is creating a vibrant new neighbourhood with food court, restaurants, hotel, offices and apartments at its heart.

FTSQUARED was initially engaged by the funder to lead the strategic reengineering of the master plan for Redcliff Quarter in order to secure the business plan for the venture. This appointment was subsequently enhanced to incorporate full project management services. The successful completion of Phases 1 & 2 has provided a commercially viable platform for the final phase of the overall programme.
