Overview

FTSQUARED was appointed by the developer, as a strategic advisor, to secure planning permission and zoning to underpin the business case for a program of new data centre campuses within the greater Dublin environs.

The terms of engagement have been enhanced to include full development management services including the delivery of fundamental
utilities infrastructure and on site Power Generation.
