Overview

FTSQUARED was appointed by the developer & funders, as strategic advisor, to redesign & re-engineer the concept for a commercial office development. The resultant enhanced floor layout & reset of existing planning approvals created an improved return on investment. Project viability was then ensured through the successful implementation of an innovative, integrated approach to procurement.

One Braham is a 328,000 sq ft corporate HQ office complex with BREEAM Excellent rating. The building is fully let & the tenant fit out works were successfully expedited by FTSQUARED.
