FTSQUARED was appointed by the developer and funders, as strategic advisor, to establish and secure a business case for a major data centre project located in London’s Docklands, in close proximity to The City and Canary Wharf.
We successfully re-engineered the existing scheme in order to provide 20% additional data storage capacity and, through negotiation with statutory authorities, achieved a 25% upgrade of the incoming electrical supply.
The appointment has subsequently been enhanced to additionally incorporate the provision of full development management services.
