Overview

Termini is a sustainable development occupying a prominent site fronting the Luas tram line into Dublin City. The building is designed and delivered to exacting specification requirements and provides large open plan floor spaces with light and vibrant aspects.

FTSQUARED was engaged to ensure concept realisation within extremely demanding capital funding parameters. The project was successfully planned and implemented over a two year period and was made ready for occupation in 2020. An integrated approach was adopted to design, procurement and implementation which provided a strong platform for alignment of stakeholder interests.
