FTSQUARED were requested by an incoming funding partner to secure their project position following the financial restructuring of the development.

FTSQUARED has since been retained by the main sponsor and is appointed as overall Development Manager on the wider development framework which has the potential to deliver over 2 million square feet of mixed-use development.

In addition, FTSQUARED is also retained as Project Managers for the first of five phases of this strategic, nationally important project. Hackney Walk regeneration will create a new focal point for UK fashion in the heart of East London’s regeneration.
