FTSQUARED was appointed by the funder and developer, as strategic advisor, to create and embed a programme improvement plan in order to refocus and reset a live development. The appointment was subsequently enhanced to assure implementation through the provision of Project Management & Employers Agent services.

Set within Bath’s World Heritage Site boundaries, this prestigious residential development includes 244 homes, consisting of 113 apartments and 131 houses. Holburne Park combines the highest standards of modern living with the traditional architecture of Bath.
