Patrick is a recent graduate of the University of Manchester after completing a Masters degree in Planning with Real Estate. During his studies, Patrick was on placement with FTSQUARED where he worked on developing and integrating operational systems and data management functions into the wider digital system architecture.

Patrick is currently formalising and standardising file management for the planning department, preparation of an outline planning programme template, and implementing the ESG strategy and sustainability initiatives with the sustainability team.
