Niall has over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry, including a demonstrated proficiency in several different trades, site supervision, and overall management of developments.

Niall has previously been a Director of two successful building and bricklaying companies, Arma Build Pty Ltd and Arma Bricklaying Pty Ltd which managed a variety of projects and mentored between 15 to 25 employees at any given time, including Bricklayers, Apprentices, Drivers, Sub-contractors and Labourers.
