Liam is the founder and CEO of FTSQUARED and has over 30 years’ experience in Development Management. He leads the strategic agenda for the company and plays an active role in the development of customer relationships.  Liam has also been responsible for the creation of strategies for the successful realisation of some of the more significant real estate ventures undertaken within the UK and Ireland in the 2000’s.

Prior to forming FTSQUARED, Liam held senior executive positions with blue-chip organisations including Bovis Lend Lease and The Berkeley Group.
