FTSQUARED are retained as Project Managers and Cost Consultants for One Braham, a new London office providing 315,000 square feet of grade A, BREEAM ‘Excellent’, office accommodation on 17 floors over a double-height entrance foyer. The new building will exceed current requirements for environmental and sustainability standards and will be delivered in 2019 for occupation.
