This project, in the most upcoming area of Bristol City, includes the partial demolition of a historic brewery site including retention and refurbishment of some of the existing buildings. The new construction element included two new multi-storey apartment blocks comprising 107 one, two & three-bed units over parking.

The retained/refurbished buildings will form 15,000 sqft of commercial space including a modern studio workspace, more traditional offices together with a range of restaurants & bars/cafes.

Working with Change Real Estate, FTSQUARED helped to successfully conclude planning negotiations with the local authority, adding value to the base appraisal, assisted in redesigning a more efficient development and secured a fixed-price construction contract with a national building contractor.
