FTSQUARED are Project Managers & Employers Agent for this major mixed-use urban regeneration scheme, which is to revitalise a derelict 3.5 acre city centre location to create a vibrant new urban quarter at the heart of Bristol.

The large-scale mixed-use redevelopment quarter will be home to 430 new apartments, a 185 bed 4-star hotel, a rooftop restaurant with panoramic views of the city, ground floor and mezzanine level restaurants and cafes, an international food hall in addition to 15,000 sq ft of office accommodation.

Following initial design development, FTSQUARED worked with Change Real Estate to re-engineer the project and reduced costs by £10m and worked with the Local Authority & the design team to add £15m in value.

Reduced Archaeological works, saved a further £1m in direct costs and 12 months on the programme.

The first phase is complete & occupied & the second phase is now  nearing completion.
