FTSQUARED have been retained by ILH to carry out the extensive assessment, analysis, and examination of the proposed plans for the redevelopment of the Imperial, their flagship hotel in Russell Square, London.

The proposed redevelopment would look to refurbish all 382 bedrooms and ground and first-floor public areas, as well as the addition of a new dining room, kitchen and a sky lounge restaurant.
