FTSQUARED have formulated the overall strategy for the outer-harbour master plan which could provide up to 4,000 homes across several phases.

Phase 2 and Phase 3 have been submitted to detailed and outline planning with an expected start on site for the first 240 apartments at the end of 2019.

The FTSQUARED team have run the overall development appraisal and are future-proofing the initial phases to ensure the overall value of the asset is maximized over both the short and long term.

We have submitted planning for almost 1000 residential apartments and are currently developing a detailed design for the overall master plan.
