5-7 Mandeville Place is located in a prime central London location, close to Bond Street tube station. The building is set to be fully refurbished to cater to commercial tenants. The development will include refurbishment of the office floors and lobby areas, as well as essential amenities including cycle storage, changing facilities including lockers and showers, and a bin refuse. Cosmetic upgrades will also be completed during the refurbishment – alterations will be made to the entrances, roof terraces and a new reception and plant room will be built to maximise rentable areas.
